Family accounts
A parent or guardian must create and control the family account, keep credentials secure and ensure submitted information is accurate. Learner access is intended for members of that family only.
Learning content
Practice material supports learning and preparation but does not guarantee a particular school, NAPLAN, ICAS or academic result. Content may be updated to improve quality, accuracy and curriculum alignment.
Tuition arrangements
Lesson location, availability, schedule and charges are confirmed with each family. Published tuition prices are hourly rates and are subject to GST. Any cancellation or make-up arrangement will be confirmed during enrolment.
Acceptable use
Users must not share accounts outside their family, copy or redistribute question banks, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or use the platform unlawfully.
Subscriptions and payments
Digital subscription pricing, renewal and cancellation conditions will be shown before a paid subscription is activated. No charge should be made without clear confirmation from the account holder.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited while rights that cannot lawfully be excluded—including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights—remain unaffected.
