We collect parent or guardian account details, contact information, learner nicknames and school years, learning activity, assessment responses and progress records. We do not require children to provide an email address or create their own password.
How we use information
Information is used to provide age-appropriate learning, maintain learner progress, communicate with parents or guardians, respond to enquiries, secure accounts and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and protection
Account access is protected through authenticated sessions and database access controls. We limit the information collected about children and restrict learner records to authorised family accounts and authorised operational personnel.
Sharing and service providers
We use carefully selected technology providers to operate authentication, hosting, databases and email. Information is disclosed only where needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations or protect safety and security.
Your choices
A parent or guardian may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements. You may also unsubscribe from optional communications.
