Child safety commitment
Effective 6 August 2026
Children come first
Sam Tutorials Australia is committed to respectful, inclusive and age-appropriate learning environments. Concerns about a child’s wellbeing are taken seriously and handled promptly.
Parent-controlled access
A parent or guardian controls the family account. Children do not need personal email accounts or passwords, and communications about enrolment, accounts and progress are directed to the responsible adult.
Safe conduct
Tutoring interactions must maintain professional boundaries, use respectful language and avoid discrimination, bullying, harassment or inappropriate contact. Families are encouraged to raise any concern immediately.
Data minimisation
We collect only the learner information required to provide year-appropriate content and record progress. Sensitive or unnecessary information should not be entered into learner nicknames or free-text fields.
Reporting concerns
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 000. Other safety concerns relating to our service can be reported using the contact details below so they can be documented, assessed and addressed.
